ARTICLE IX - MERGERS

Any merger of this club with any other club or organization shall require the written and signed approval, on ballots to be prepared by the BOD, by no less than sixty percent of all Club Members eligible to vote.

Safety is not just the  Number One Issue, It is THE  MORAL ISSUE!
